If the photo needs to be replaced, please note this under "Comment" during the checkout process. After placing your oder, send the new photo by email to kartenbuero@ad.uzh.ch. Please state the order number in the email.

Please note:
- If the defect is not your fault (production errors, wear and tear, faded photo) the card will be replaced free of charge! Do not order a new card, send a photo or scan of the defective card to kartenbuero@ad.uzh.ch instead.
- If your name has changed a replacement card can be orderd free of charge by email: kartenbuero@ad.uzh.ch
- Students studying in a mobility program for minor study programs or module mobility do not receive a UZH Card. It's not possible to place an order.
- New students at the University automatically receive their UZH Card after completing matriculation and paying their semester fees.
